- Important: Companion provides non-medical health management consulting. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Any consultation, acupuncture or treatment takes place inside a licensed medical institution, delivered by licensed practitioners.
We introduce you to a licensed travel agency and stay involved while they quote. We do not price what they sell, we do not collect payment for them, and we do not appear on their invoice.
Companion is a health management consultancy. Under Chinese law, accommodation, transport and catering have to be provided by a licensed travel company — so those items are contracted between you and the agency directly.
What we actually do is narrower and more useful than it sounds: we tell the agency what your clinical schedule requires, we check that the itinerary does not collide with it, and we stay available when something needs translating mid-booking.
